- Represented a global private equity firm in $125,000,000 acquisition and financing of performing, sub-performing and non-performing franchise loan portfolio, with collateral in multiple jurisdictions throughout the US.
- Represented a global private equity firm in multiple loan portfolio acquisitions totaling more than $25,000,000 from banks and private sellers, with collateral in multiple jurisdictions throughout the US.
- Represented a global private equity firm in multiple loan portfolio acquisitions totaling more than $30,000,000 from governmental agencies, with collateral in multiple jurisdictions throughout the US
- Represented a global private equity firm in one-off disposition transactions aggregating in excess of $150,000,000 for various real estate product types, including office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family properties and restaurants in multiple jurisdictions throughout the US.
