Relevant Experience 
- Represented real estate investors in creating and implementing strategic plans for the development or disposition of their real estate assets.
- Represented urban public universities and their lenders in creating private-public structures to finance, construct and operate student housing projects.
- Represented a financial institution in a private-public venture in which a city invested cash to construct an office building complex to attract thousands of jobs and revitalize a declining neighborhood.
- Represented a public university in the development in conjunction with a city of a biotechnology research park that currently contains nine buildings and over 2,000 employees.
