Practice focuses on state government affairs compliance and lobbying.

Relevant Experience

Represent business and industry before the Virginia General Assembly on a variety of legislative matters, including the passage of legislation regarding insurance, privacy, technology, health care, taxation, environmental, agriculture and forestry issues, including:
- Drafting legislation
- Testifying before legislative committees and subcommittees
- Lobbying state representatives
- Monitoring legislation
- Implementation of legislative strategies
- Administration of clients' political action committees and campaign contributions
- Advice/strategy for public officials/political candidates.
Represent clients around the country on state government affairs compliance matters including ethics, lobbying, and campaign finance laws.
Represent clients in environmental and regulatory compliance matters.
