- Principal outside counsel for multinational leaf tobacco processing company, New York Stock Exchange banking and brokerage investment firm, Mid-Atlantic venture capital firm and national real estate developer.
- Represented major governmental retirement systems in over $700 million in private equity investments.
- Represented multinational, New York stock exchange-listed company in acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures throughout Europe, Asia and South America.
- Represented telecommunications manufacturer and services company in offshore manufacturing, domestic and international distribution and acquisition and disposition of manufacturing, distribution and engineering facilities.
