Practice focuses on complex litigation, trial defense and consulting in business, labor and employment matters, including corporate ethics and compliance, unfair competition, wage and hour class actions, information protection, and executive compensation matters. Mr. Quackenboss co-chairs the firm's Corporate Ethics and Whistleblower Practice Group. He was named a Georgia Super Lawyer, as published in Atlanta Magazine and Georgia Super Lawyers magazine®, in 2008 and 2009.
Relevant Experience 
- Counsels businesses nationwide on corporate ethics, compliance, compensation, litigation avoidance and protection of corporate assets.
- Litigated wide variety of complex and class action cases, including product liability, wage and hour claims, and class claims before the N.L.R.B.
- Litigated disputes involving non-competition employment agreements in a wide variety of business fields, including nuclear fuel technology, computer software and hardware design, executive recruiting, advertising services, acoustics engineering, electrical engineering, temporary personnel services, pigment manufacturing and graphic and audiovisual design.
- Litigated trade secret and non-disclosure matters arising from employment relationships, including the protection of trademarks, service marks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property and proprietary information.
- Litigated wide variety of commercial disputes, including RICO, UCC, securities, construction, asset purchase and business tort matters.
