Relevant Experience
- Represented U.S. and non-U.S. issuers and underwriters in equity and debt offerings and placements on in U.S. and international exchanges and private capital markets.
- Negotiated the U.S. $7 billion merger of a Canadian network technology company into a major French telecommunications equipment company.
- Negotiated lease financings of energy transmission networks, electricity generation stations, waste-to-energy facilities, office buildings and rail equipment in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United States.
- Negotiated acquisitions of United States public and private companies on behalf of Canadian, Dutch, German and British companies.
- Advised Argentine company on restructuring of joint venture in multimedia business.
