Waverly Pulley's practice focuses on public-private infrastructure, capital finance and complex commercial lending and equipment leasing transactions. He chairs our firm's Transportation Infrastructure Group and has been recognized for a number of years as one of America's leading lawyers for PPP and project infrastructure projects.
Relevant Experience
- Represented special purpose issuer of $589 million private activity bonds for the Capital Beltway HOT Lanes toll road project.
- Represented the initial bond purchasers in restructuring $400 million of senior and subordinated debt for the Dulles Greenway private toll road project.
- Served as special project and bond counsel in connection with the $350 million Route 895 (Pocahontas Parkway) bridge/toll road project.
- Represented Fortune 500 US corporate borrowers in syndicated credit facilities (secured and unsecured) totaling more than $1 billion.
- Represented Chapter 11 debtors in connection with DIP credit agreements secured by US and European assets totaling more than $500 million.
- Represented commercial lenders and equipment lessors in workouts and restructurings totaling more than $500 million.
- Represented US equity investors in leveraged leases of rail cars and telecommunications and equipment totaling nearly $2 billion for use in the United States, the Netherlands, England, France and Australia.
