Relevant Experience
- Advises clients on cash, synthetic and hybrid securitization transactions involving a variety of asset classes.
- Serves as issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel on prime and subprime mortgage securitization transactions.
- Represents major mortgage loan originators and servicers in residential and commercial whole loan and securitization transactions.
- Advises securitization clients on Regulation AB and other compliance matters.
- Counsels borrowers and lenders in various credit facilities and interim financing transactions.
- Represents REIT clients on securitized debt transactions.
- Advises clients on performing and nonperforming whole loan purchase and sale transactions.
- Represents issuers and other parties on net interest margin (NIM) transactions and other resecuritizations of subordinated and residual securities.
- Serves as counsel to credit enhancement providers on securitization transactions.
- Represents sellers and purchasers in loan servicing acquisition transactions and advises parties on servicing advance facilities.
