Relevant Experience
- Experience includes negotiated agreements between airlines and airports; joint venture and strategic alliance agreements between carriers; leadership of aviation coalitions regarding expanded market access, the formation of alliances and environmental issues.
- Advised and assisted clients regarding negotiation of strategic alliance agreements.
- Formed and led nationwide coalition of airlines, airports, communities, businesses, labor organizations and consumers in seeking a new air service agreement between the United States and Japan.
- Involved in international projects for client coalition regarding environmental issues, including noise standards.
- Facilitated labor talks between airline management and union.
- Led effort to promote national airline competition through the expansion of airline networks and alliances.
- Chaired the Commission to Ensure a Strong Competitive Airline Industry (National Airline Commission) for the President and the Congress.
