- Currently representing major household appliance manufacturer in trade dress and copyright infringement matter.
- Obtained preliminary injunction/consent judgment in copyright infringement action.
- Represent major U.S. airline in trademark prosecution and maintenance in U.S. and throughout the world.
- Obtained summary judgment on all counts in favor of a trademark infringement/dilution defendant in the Southern District of New York.
- Represented Fortune 100 company in trademark infringement matter, not only successfully obtaining preliminary injunction, but also obtaining ruling from bankruptcy court that separate trademark infringement matter could continue despite automatic stay.
- Represented "do-it-yourself" lawn products company in false advertising claim, successfully obtaining a preliminary injunction enjoining the false advertisement.
- Tried patent ownership dispute.
- Assisted major additives company in clearing and registering new corporate name as a trademark in the United States and throughout the World.
- Assisted major financial company in clearing and registering new corporate name as a trademark in the United States and in 35 different countries throughout the World.
- Litigated several domain name disputes, both within Federal Court and under the NSI and ICANN provisions.
- Assisted numerous companies in the review of proposed advertising and promotional materials.
- Provided advice to clients on full range of Intellectual Property issues, with emphasis on Internet-related issues such as domain name disputes, privacy, UCITA and trademark and software licensing.
