- Represented clients in matters before or involving the Federal Trade Commission, United States Tax Court, and the Treasury Department.
- Represented technology companies (including software developers, internet service providers, and companies engaged in e-commerce) in a wide variety of matters, including cases involving securities claims, intellectual property disputes, corporate governance, restrictive covenant disputes, software license agreement disputes, cyberspace defamation, and customer and vendor disputes.
