  • Defended numerous Department of Labor investigations into alleged violations of Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower protections for companies in the financial services, global engineering and management services industries.
  • Defended putative collective action against pharmaceutical company alleging violations of the FLSA overtime requirements.
  • Represented Fortune Global 500 financial services company in FINRA arbitration, alleging violations of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
  • Represented food processing company in putative class and collective actions alleging violations of the FLSA and state wage and hour laws.
  • Defended Fortune 100 retail company in putative collective action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
  • Represented Fortune 100 retail company in multi-plaintiff "pattern and practice" sex harassment action.
  • Extensive experience as electronic discovery counsel, including for multiple Fortune 100 companies.
  • Substantial experience representing management in employment contract and tort disputes, including actions involving the enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets and tortious interference with contractual and business relations.
  • Defended numerous single-plaintiff harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases for companies in the financial services, retail, manufacturing, health care, and life sciences industries.
  • Regularly advises and counsels clients on various employment matters, including workforce reductions, workplace investigations and compliance and preventative strategies under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act.
