Relevant Experience 
- Represents businesses and individuals before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, the State Department, Department of Homeland Security and various consular offices.
- Counsels corporations on compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
- Represents corporations before the Office of Special Counsel and the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer.
