Practice focuses on counseling and representing companies in full spectrum of labor and employment law matters, including representing management in union organizing campaigns, union elections, unfair labor practice and injunction litigation, OFCCP compliance, employment harassment and discrimination, wage-hour, employment compensation agreements, non-competition and trade secret matters.
Relevant Experience 
- Served as counsel in several cases before the United States Supreme Court.
- Served as legal advisor to the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C.
- Serves as mediator by selection of federal and state judges, the American Arbitration Association, and the parties in a variety of cases. Member, American Arbitration Association Large/Complex Arbitration Panel.
