- Successfully defended coal company in breach of contract action alleging lost coal.

- Successfully defended False Claims Act Litigation on motion to dismiss in federal court.
- Successfully represented pro bono clients in disputes with landlords in Virginia state courts.
- Successfully represented bio-solids management company in protest of intent to award government contract.
