Assisted in defense and favorable settlement on behalf of Fortune 1000 corporation in class action price-fixing litigation. Represented medical diagnostics corporation in prosecution of Section 43(a) Lanham Act, breach of contract and unfair competition suit against major pharmaceutical company. Represented national architecture design firm in prosecution of copyright infringement, Lanham Act and unfair competition litigation. Defended international corporation in action alleging breach of contract, breach of franchise agreement and tortious interference.
