- Experience in employment-based and family-based immigration law, including B, E, F, H, J, K, L, O, and TN nonimmigrant status, workplace enforcement, I-9 compliance, labor certification, employment- and family-based permanent residence, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, detention and deportation defense, and humanitarian relief, including asylum, NACARA, VAWA, TPS, and U petitions
