Bruce Moorhead is a partner in the Lending Services Practice Group. He has extensive experience in all areas of bank and non-bank financing, with particular focus on leveraged lending and cross-border financing. Mr. Moorhead represents financial institutions and intermediaries as administrative and collateral agents in connection with syndicated loans, leveraged acquisition lending, cash flow lending, asset based lending and cross-border financing, as well as resolution of problem loans, debtor-in-possession financing and exit financing facilities.
Relevant Experience
- Represented Agent in $75 million multi-tranche DIP financing credit facility for a retail jewelry chain.
- Represented Agent in $60 million multi-tranche DIP financing credit facility, providing bridge financing for the orderly liquidation of a memory chip manufacturer.
- Represented Agent in $350 million Term B and revolver credit facility for the leveraged acquisition of the largest private company in the nuclear waste disposal industry.
- Represented Agent in $215 million credit facility for a large integrated telecommunications company.
- Represented Agent in $160 million facility for acquisition and working capital financing for multi-state drug store chain.
- Represented Agent in $130 million facility for refinancing of multi-state retail clothing chain.
