- Represent retailer in data privacy investigation and litigation.
- Represent credit union in class action relating to alleged Uniform Commercial Code violations.
- Served as class action counsel for national health care payor in numerous cases involving claims under RICO, ERISA and state law theories.
- Served as counsel to national insurance intermediary in In re Insurance Antitrust MDL and federal and state investigations.
- Served as lead counsel for insurance company in state class action litigation asserting violations of various duties to insureds.
- Represent alcohol beverage manufacturer in numerous state and federal putative class actions challenging industry marketing practices under various state consumer protection statutes and common law theories.
- Represent various clients in internal investigations, including investigations related to privacy and data security, securities and antitrust issues.
- Represented various clients in putative class action litigation related to alleged violations of privacy and data security laws.
- Represented major insurer in putative class action litigation asserting bad faith claims arising out of previous asbestos settlements.
