Practice focuses on product liability, mass torts, class actions and complex litigation.

Relevant Experience
  • Authored a variety of dispositive motions and briefs, including summary judgment briefs, motions to dismiss, and federal and state appellate briefs.
  • Conducted numerous voir dires of mock jurors for Fortune 50 company in plaintiff-friendly jurisdictions.
  • Lead attorney for product manufacturer in property damage claim.  Responsible for all day-to-day case management and settlement negotiations.
  • Pro bono practice includes representation of minors within the federal immigration system and representation of individuals seeking protective orders in domestic violence situations.
