Authored a variety of dispositive motions and briefs, including summary judgment briefs, motions to dismiss, and federal and state appellate briefs. Conducted numerous voir dires of mock jurors for Fortune 50 company in plaintiff-friendly jurisdictions. Lead attorney for product manufacturer in property damage claim. Responsible for all day-to-day case management and settlement negotiations. - Pro bono practice includes representation of minors within the federal immigration system and representation of individuals seeking protective orders in domestic violence situations.
