Ms. Northup is an associate on the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Her practice focuses on representing public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate and securities laws.
Relevant Experience 
Advise public and private companies on general corporate governance matters. Assisted in representation of a Fortune 100 company in public debt issuances totaling $6 billion. Assisted in representation of a syndicator and investors in low-income housing tax credit and historic rehabilitation tax credit multi-investor institutional funds. Assisted in representation of a private company in its investment in a clothing store chain. Assisted in representation of a private equity fund in its acquisition of the assets of a designer and manufacturer of window, glass, aluminum, appliance and specialty products for recreational vehicles from a public company in a Chapter 11 Section 363 transaction.
