Practice focuses on administrative and environmental law, with an emphasis on air and water issues, contaminated site remediation and brownfields redevelopment.
Relevant Experience 
Drafted purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent and brownfields agreements and related documents for various clients regarding remediation and/or acquisitions of contaminated properties. Participated on executive committee of a group of more than 350 potentially responsible parties in the allocation of costs and de minimis party settlement for a complex contaminated site near a drinking water reservoir. Advised clients on regulation of underground storage tanks, including temporary and permanent closure. - Represented client in the defense and settlement of an OSHA Notice of Violation.
