Relevant Experience
- Assisted in acquisition of energy sector assets for a public utility company.
- Assisted in corporate reorganization of an energy company.
- Assisted in the representation of developers, sponsors, and investors in connection with a variety of transactions involving renewable energy projects, including open-loop biomass and geothermal facilities qualifying for Section 45 tax credits for the production of electricity from renewable resources.
- Assisted in the representation of a major automotive component manufacturer in a series of strategic dispositions involving operations throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
- Assisted in the representation of a U.K. public distribution company in the sale of a majority stake in one of its U.S. subsidiaries to a private equity purchaser through a pre-packaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy transaction.
