Mr Bieser's practice focuses primarily on the derivatives and commodities transactions in the energy sector including energy related regulatory and compliance issues especially with the CFTC, FERC and the Commodity Exchange Act.  In addition, Mr. Bieser works on transactions in the infrastructure sector including renewable energy projects.  His background includes experience in developing commodity purchase contracts, commodity trading, structured finance transactions involving energy and non-energy commodities and mergers and acquisitions.

His clients include international energy firms, energy commodity marketing and trading entities, end-users and utilities.
