Roger Dyer is a partner based in the London office and heads up the banking, finance and restructuring practice in London. He has over twenty five years experience of a wide range of financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers with particular emphasis on investment and non-investment grade syndicated financings, project financings, acquisition financings and real estate financings. He also has extensive experience of financial restructurings, work outs and related insolvency advice.In addition to experience in the European markets, Roger has extensive experience of the Asian markets having been based in the Singapore office of a major international firm for over ten years prior to joining Hunton & Williams.
