Practice focuses on complex labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, public accessibility and employment discrimination class actions. Represents employers in federal, state and administrative proceedings across the country. Counsels employers on all aspects of labor and employment law, and advises management on strategic and complex employment decisions.

Traditional labor law experience includes defending employers in National Labor Relations Board hearings and pension contribution lawsuits, representing clients in collective bargaining agreement negotiations, and advising clients on pension underfunding challenges, labor arbitrations, contract interpretation matters, and other things.
