Brooke represents clients in a broad range of business disputes, premises liability, real estate litigation, food safety, eminent domain and environmental matters. She is adept at resolving high-stakes matters, whether through settlement, dispositive motions or trial.

Brooke helps clients navigate complex legal issues across numerous industries. She serves as national counsel for a quick-service restaurant company, handling a wide variety of premises liability, franchise and other litigation. Brooke represents a natural gas pipeline company in eminent domain proceedings under the federal Natural Gas Act and litigation matters arising under state law. She counsels clients on risk mitigation, food safety issues and compliance with regulations administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Brooke also represents a number of retail clients in real estate litigation and commercial disputes. She consistently prevails on motions for summary judgment in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Brooke has also represented clients in personal injury and product liability litigation involving a variety of consumer products and medical devices, including orthopaedic implants, bone screws, energy drinks, consumer electronics, tires, asbestos, industrial chemicals, carpet and building materials. She has advised an electronic payment processing company in responding to a significant network security intrusion and data breach, and has successfully defended residential mortgage lenders in state and federal lawsuits alleging wrongful foreclosure, violations of statutes regulating lenders such as TILA, HOEPA and RESPA, and related common law claims.

Brooke is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, US District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
