S. Christina Kwon concentrates on corporate and securities law, focusing primarily on capital markets transactions for energy/utility issuers in connection with all aspects of public and private securities offerings, such as registered debt offerings, common stock offerings (including establishment of "at-the-market" equity programs), tax-exempt offerings of multimodal debt, first mortgage bond offerings, 144A debt offerings, debt equity hybrid securities offerings and municipal debt offerings. She also advises clients on general corporate and securities law matters, including disclosure and reporting obligations, corporate governance issues and general corporate matters.
Christina has served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeanne E. Scott, United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, 2005-2007.
