Christopher's practice focuses on all aspects of biotechnology and pharmaceutical intellectual property law, including pharmaceutical patent litigation; preparation and prosecution of patent applications; infringement, validity, patentability, and due diligence analyses and opinions; and counseling of clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, including copyright and trademarks. Prior joining the firm, Christopher worked as a NIH Postdoctoral Research fellow and served as a patent examiner in the United States Patent & Trademark Office, where he worked on patent applications in the biotechnology arts. Christopher is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
