Chris' practice focuses on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and biochemical industries.

Chris' practice focuses on biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical and agricultural intellectual property law including preparation and prosecution of patent applications; patentability, due diligence analyses and opinions, infringement, validity and counseling of clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, including intellectual property licensing agreements.
Before being admitted to the bar, Chris served as a patent examiner in the United States Patent & Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications in the field of cancer immunology. Chris is registered to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office.

  • Prepared and prosecuted U.S. and foreign patent applications in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical arts.
