The Dallas office was formed in 2002 when Hunton & Williams merged with Worsham Forsythe Wooldridge LLP, an established Dallas law firm of nearly 65 years. In 2007, we added 93 attorneys with longstanding practices at another well-established Dallas law firm.
Today, the Dallas office is comprised of more than 100 attorneys. The firm's extensive resources position us well to serve the diverse group of local, regional and international companies headquartered here. Through our Dallas office, Hunton & Williams LLP represents one of the largest energy companies in the world, as well as companies involved in banking, real estate, telecommunications, transportation, information technology services, manufacturing and health care. Our attorneys have significant experience representing clients in banking, employee benefits, energy, general corporate, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation, real estate and securities and finance matters.
Our dedication to the community is not only manifested by a commitment to a significant pro bono practice, but by our involvement in many Dallas-area service projects including the Boy Scouts of America, Genesis Women's Shelter, Habitat for Humanity International, Housing Crisis Center and Human Rights Initiative of North Texas.
