Nuclear Power Finds Tough Competitor In Natural Gas

Law360

Approval of a new reactor design by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has the industry cautiously optimistic about its future, despite the implications of the Fukushima tsunami and nuclear accident. Irwin's practice focuses principally on electric utility and nuclear energy regulatory and project finance issues.
