An 8-1 U.S. Supreme Court ruling clarifies an important conflict in trademark law, John Gary Maynard tells World Trademark Review. He said the ruling clarifies that in the event that a trademark licensor rejects a license through bankruptcy, the licensee may continue use of the licensed mark.
