Dean Pope elected President of American College of Bond Counsel, Smith and Rusher elected Fellows

Dean Pope has been elected to serve as President of The American College of Bond Counsel for 2011. In addition, Caryl Smith and Mary Nash Rusher were elected by unanimous vote to become new Fellows of the College, joining Wally McBride and Andrew Kintzinger, who are already fellows of the ACBC.

The College was created in 1995 to recognize lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of bond law.
