Sen. Reid's Decision on Climate Bill Leaves D.C. Scrambling to Pick Up the Pieces

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) abandoned his effort to pass climate change legislation before the August recess. Joe Stanko, a former GOP counsel to the House Energy and Commerce Committee, believes that Reid will still try and reach consensus when Congress returns in September, but it won’t be easy.
