Holly's practice focuses on domestic and international transactions in the areas of outsourcing, licensing, technology and general corporate matters.
Holly assists with the negotiation and documentation of complex information technology and business process outsourcing transactions, as well as the preparation and drafting of various agreements. Her pro bono work includes representation of individuals through the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

- Outsourcing and Technology: Assisted with the negotiation and documentation of several outsourcing transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and processes, including finance and accounting outsourcing transaction negotiated simultaneously with three US and offshore providers; human resources and benefits administration outsourcing for a large private consumer services company; and data center outsourcing for a Fortune 300 global provider of insurance.
- General Intellectual Property: Assisted with intellectual property and general technology matters including the following: trademark and copyright registrations, and trademark licensing.
- General Commercial Contracting: Assisted with negotiation and documentation of commercial contracts, including representation of a Fortune 400 automotive parts manufacturer in the settlement of software licensing dispute, including representation of a Fortune 150 consumer products company in software licensing compliance during relocation of information technology, and representation of a large consumer products manufacturer in various transactions, including direct materials, procurement, purchase, supply chain, logistics and dispute settlement.
