Jeff's practice focuses on every aspect of labor and employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, labor relations, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, wage-hour issues, and family and medical leave. Jeff has extensive experience in state and federal courts, in administrative agencies, and before labor arbitrators.
Jeff engages in extensive advice and counseling, and he also represents clients in litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
Jeff is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the Eastern District of Michigan; and the US Courts of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit.
