Jennifer represents and counsels national retail companies on a wide variety of matters including labor, employment, and public accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Jennifer's experience includes defending actions in federal court under federal employment statutes. She has also participated in the defense of class actions filed in both federal and state courts alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and/or California state wage and hour laws. Jennifer is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 10th Circuits; U.S. District Courts for Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Jennifer was a Field Economist for the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
