Josh's pro bono practice includes representation of clients in landlord-tenant disputes in General District Court.
Josh was Volunteer Attorney at the Office of the Federal Public Defender, Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division, in 2009. He served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Robert E. Payne, Eastern District of Virginia, in 2008.
Josh is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
