Katie's practice focuses on labor and employment law matters, including litigation in federal and state courts, and administrative practice before federal, state, and local agencies. Her practice also includes providing advice to employers concerning claims of discrimination, workplace harassment, and employer policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Hunton, Katie spent two years clerking for Judge Richard D. Bennett in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Katie is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Katie has TS/SCI security clearance.
