Membiela's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on financial institutions, privacy, business torts and contract disputes. Membiela, a Cuban-American, is a member of the firm's Latin America practice team and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, and Hispanic National Bar Association.
