Naomi is a member of the global technology, outsourcing and privacy team. She advises multinational clients across a broad range of sectors on all aspects of European and UK data protection law, including employee monitoring, e-discovery, cookies, and the rights of data subjects.
Her practice focuses on developing global and pan-European strategies for compliance, in particular international data transfers and use of third-party data processors. She advises on emerging topics such as online profiling and tracking, behavioral advertising, encryption and cloud computing, location-based services, and the use of audio recording and CCTV systems.
