Established in 1984, the firm's New York office was established to serve major public companies and financial institutions in the heart of global capital markets. Today the office is composed of more than 95 attorneys and a diversified practice representing corporate, industrial, financial and governmental entities from around the world.
Our attorneys routinely advise clients in antitrust, bankruptcy, intellectual property, real estate and litigation matters in addition to capital markets debt and equity financings, asset securitization, and mergers and acquisitions. Attorneys in the New York office also represent clients on energy-related matters, including leasing and project finance, both domestic and international. We also have significant experience advising clients on environmental, insurance and reinsurance, labor and employment, tax and privacy matters.
