The keynote presentation on day two of LegalTech New York 2009 will be discussing the topic of "How E-discovery is Changing the Relationship Between Law Firms and Their Corporate Clients." Electronic discovery, driven by mounting costs, the FRCP amendments and concern over greater corporate risk, is changing the way law firms and corporate clients interact, both on a tactical and strategic basis. This presentation will discuss how the relationship between the law firms and their corporate clients has changed due to e-discovery. The panel will be led by John Woods, Partner at Hunton & Williams LLP, and will include Tom Thimot, President and CEO of CaseCentral and Tim Crouthamel, Counsel in the Litigation Section of State Farm.
