Lisa J. Sotto
Lisa J. Sotto is a partner in the New York office of Hunton & Williams, LLP, and heads the firm’s Privacy and Information Management Practice. Ms. Sotto’s practice focuses on privacy, data security and information management issues. During the past year, Ms. Sotto has assisted clients on more than 50 information security breaches. Ms. Sotto is Vice Chairperson of the Department of Homeland Security’s Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee, which advises the Secretary of DHS and its Chief Privacy Officer on privacy, data integrity and data interoperability matters.

Christopher Kuner
Christopher Kuner is a partner in the Brussels office of Hunton & Williams, where he specializes in global data protection, e-commerce, and IT law. He is chairman of the Data Protection Task Force of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and chairman of the European Privacy Officers Forum (EPOF). Mr. Kuner is author of the forthcoming book European Data Protection Law: Corporate Compliance and Regulation (Oxford University Press 2007, second edition), and has served as a consultant to the OECD on data protection issues.
