Mayoral candidate Robert J. Grey Jr., administrative law partner and former president of the American Bar Association, was featured in the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Grey, who is making his first bid for elective public office in the Nov.4 election, has been traveling GRTC Transit System routes that are proposed to be cut because of high fuel costs and low ridership.

Grey focuses his practice on administrative matters before state and federal agencies.
