Jason's practice focuses on environmental litigation, administrative law, and environmental compliance; specifically, toxic tort defense, hazardous substance litigation, nanotechnology, commerce clause litigation related to solid waste and other solid waste-related issues, hazardous materials transportation, surface water and groundwater quality issues, and wetlands.
Jason is admitted in the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
