Shelly’s practice focuses on corporate and asset-based lending transactions.

Shelly is an Associate in the Atlanta office on the Capital Finance & Real Estate team and a member of the Atlanta Lending Services Group.

Shelly's pro bono work includes helping charities manage their registrations to solicit charitable contributions and also helping the elderly by preparing wills and advance health directives. Shelly is also a member of the Atlanta Associate Advisory Committee.
