Practice focuses primarily on mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution forms.

Prior to shifting the primary emphasis of his practice to ADR, Travis was a trial and appellate attorney with experience in a broad spectrum of civil litigation since 1974.  His training as a mediator coupled with his years of experience in litigation and the mediation process, make him particularly qualified for service as a mediator and in other alternative dispute resolution roles.

Travis' initial years were spent in insurance defense cases ranging from ordinary personal injury to complex architect and engineer malpractice claims. Before law school, Travis served as a fighter pilot and flight instructor for six years in the United States Air Force and served a combat tour in Vietnam.
