As Team Management Director, you will:

• Direct and manage the strategy for the Energy & Infrastructure Team, aligning our practice’s objectives with the firm’s overarching vision.
• Provide leadership by implementing robust policies, innovative processes, and effective systems that foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Monitor performance and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and long-term success.
• Collaborate across teams, building productive partnerships with other Team Managers and firm leaders to advance firmwide initiatives.
• Drive business outcomes by leveraging firm resources and working closely with team heads and practice group leaders to prioritize and implement impactful tactics.

Key Responsibilities: The Team Management Director plays a significant role in developing, directing, and managing the Energy and Infrastructure Team's strategic goals and business operational objectives on a national and international basis. This position provides leadership for the financial, administrative, and business development functions of the team, with overall responsibility for implementing policies, procedures, processes, and systems. You will monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement strategies for continuous growth and success, while promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. You’ll drive the development, support, and execution of strategies identified in the practices’ strategic plans, ensuring that practice goals align with the firm’s strategic plan. You will establish productive, collaborative partnerships with other Team Managers to create and drive firmwide objectives and outcomes. You are responsible for implementing and prioritizing tactics by working closely with team heads, practice group leaders, and other firm leadership, leveraging firm resources to achieve team and practice group goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree highly desired.
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience required, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or other client relationship-based organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with business process workflow and database queries is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills are essential.
